Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma, Luke worked as a planner for a small Colorado municipality and has experience in development review, permitting, and planning research.
Luke is an advocate for age-friendly planning and is currently working on his graduate degree in Regional Planning at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Luke was born and raised in Elk City, Oklahoma, and grew up wanting to become a big environmental attorney. However, Luke spent numerous summers in New York City and quickly noticed the need for more planners. Luke lived in Colorado Springs and worked as a planner for eight months but returned to New York for graduate school. In his free time, Luke likes to read, hike, and FaceTime his pets in Oklahoma.
